How to Pay
All our orders are processed by Digital River’s eSellerate and include options for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. eSellerate is an authorized reseller of all our products and services.
For approved Business customers, Education institutions and selected Government agencies, we can accept purchase orders for invoices over $250. Please contact us for further information.
We can accept wire transfers, but a $20 fee may applying for incoming transfers which must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Please contact us for further information.
Our stores are able to process orders in native currencies including US dollar, British Sterling, Canadian Dollar, Danish Kroner, Euro, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, and Swiss Francs.
Value Added Tax or sales tax may be added to comply with local state regulations and European Union community rules for software purchases. If you are VAT registered, please enter your Business VAT ID (European Union countries only) during checkout at our web store.

PC Booster’s tools are sold through various avenues and under various discounts and promotions. PC Booster is not responsible for refunding any difference between an original purchase price and the price of a third-party vendor or a subsequent special promotional price offered by PC Booster.
Automatic Annual Renewal
If you select to automatically renew your subscription license, the original credit card or other payment method used at the time of purchase will be charged the then-applicable renewal fee at the end of your initial period of 12 months (unless an extended plan is selected). Thereafter, the renewal fee will be charged at the start of each license period, unless you specifically cancel the automatic license renewal request before the start of the said period. PC Booster will send you notification of the impending renewal to the email address originally supplied at the time of purchase. Should you wish to discontinue, you can use the link in the email to cancel, contact PC Booster Support or manage your subscription through our customer self-care portal at any time.
PC Booster reserves the right to change the annual renewal license prices at any time, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you by a notice posting on this Web site or through email to the email address specified at the time of purchase.
International Customs Fees
Certain Countries require additional customs fees for sales purchases. These fees are not included in the price of our shipping and are the responsibility of the purchasing party.
Online Order Issues
If you have a concern with an order placed directly with PC Booster, including issues such as mistakes with the items purchased and/or the amount charged by PC Booster, your questions and concerns should be directed to PC Booster’s Support team with full details of your order.

Return Policy Terms and Conditions
Please note that this policy is subject to change without notice.
The product must have been bought from:
- PC Booster directly, via PC Booster.com
- An authorized PC Booster reseller
If your PC problem is not solved with PC Booster and live support, we must receive a request for refund with an explanation of reason for request by Email within 30 days of the purchase date (or within the time indicated on your packaging if different) along with full details of your purchase order.
PC Booster retains the right to repair or replace any defective items instead of issuing a refund / or resolve the purchasers concerns through its Support team. If PC Booster determines that its Support team is unable to resolve the issue, an RMA will be issued.
Up to a 2 week period for the processing of the refund is expected after PC Booster has received all items required to process the refund request.
Physical product must be returned within 30 days of PC Booster’s issuance of the initial RMA if requested by PC Booster.
- PC Booster is not responsible for products returned before an initial RMA has been issued
- Any returned product may or may not be returned to sender without refund, advising of the proper return policy process and procedure, at PC Booster’s own discretion
- All shipping and handling charges are the purchaser’s responsibility and will not be refunded or credited in any way by PC Booster
- PC Booster cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping, whether the fault of the sender/purchaser or the delivery service
PC Booster is not responsible for refund delay, loss, or ineligibility due to mail service delays, customer error, incorrect address information, or any other circumstances outside of its control.
- If a credit card was used to purchase the product directly from PC Booster, refund will only be credited to this original card.
- PC Booster is not responsible for any customs, import, or processing fees, taxes, or currency exchange conversions or fluctuations
- PC Booster will not refund any taxes, shipping, handling, processing, customs or any other charges or expenses incurred during the original purchase or subsequent refund request and related correspondence and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
